It's MY Life is a comprehensive life skills curriculum designed for high school students and adults with moderate-to-severe disabilities. It's MY Life provides all the tools participants need to live a meaningful life with as much independence as possible.

Four units are provided --Plan Well, Be Well, Live Well, and Play Well:

• Plan Well teaches participants to create, follow, and manage a schedule
• Be Well covers nutrition, exercise, mental health, and healthy relationships
• Live Well supports participants with independent living skills, such as meal prep and household chores
• Play Well educates participants about options for leisure skills, including hobbies, social networking, and hanging out with friends

Features easy-to-implement, one-page lesson plans that incorporate evidence-based practices, discussion questions, and extension ideas.

Included in the kit:

• Instructor's Guide contains teaching outlines with partial scripts for each lesson, details on how to use the curriculum, teaching procedures, and thumbnails referencing student activities
• Color-coded Vocabulary Cards
• Student Books for each unit
• Student Workbook that contains multiple choice and symbol-supported quizzes related to each Big Idea

Curriculum Plus includes all of the above, plus:

• 10 sets of 5 Student Workbooks (50 books total),
• 1 Instructor's Guide,
• Vocabulary Cards,
• Digital access to files on the HUB.

Color-coded Vocabulary Cards are provided for each unit.

Student Books for each unit are included in the It's MY Life curriculum; Plan Well, Be Well, Live Well, and Play Well. Each unit covers 30 Big Ideas related to the unit topic. Participants will need an individual copy of each Student Book to access the Big Ideas and related activities.

The Student Workbook contains multiple choice and symbol-supported quizzes related to each Big Idea. Quizzes are provided for each chapter. Each quiz contains ten questions (two from each Big Idea), covering content from all five Big Ideas.

A Glossary is included with an alphabetical listing of all vocabulary words for all four units.
